How does nutritional counseling work?

We will discuss your habits, preferences, food tastes, allergies, and goals (gaining weight, losing weight, etc.). I will create the most suitable meal plan with ingredients you enjoy and balance your diet. It is important to nourish the body with the nutrients it needs without restricting or harming physical and mental health.

Hybrid Program

Training is conducted in a combined format. Once a week we train in person, focusing on technique, posture, and progress. Twice a week, you receive an online training program to complete independently in the gym. The program is personalized and regularly adjusted based on your progress.

Premium 1:1 Program

A program for maximum results. Train 2–3 times per week in person (1-on-1), fully individualized. An online program for additional workouts is also included. The highest level of guidance and support.

Online Program

Training is conducted exclusively online. You receive structured programs and video tutorials. Workouts are performed independently, with no in-person sessions.

Nutritional Guidance

A lifestyle-based nutrition approach. Available on its own or combined with training. Flexible meals, without extremes.
